Am so chuffed this morning that I just have to share this with you all!! I started c9 just over a month ago and moved onto FIT1 then 2 days after. This morning I weighed myself and I am now 1lb short of losing 1stone in weight!!! You can do it!!!

19 MINUTES - I cannot get past that in my head. We are all so busy that the average full-time working mum spends 19 minutes of quality time with her children each day and the average working father spends none. That puts a knot in my stomach of guilt. It is so incredibly sad. I have taken the first step to changing things by joining Forever. My children are my reason.
