✨Happy Monday all. I hope you have a healthy, content and productive week ahead ✨

A little announcement from me - I always try to keep my treatment prices as affordable as possible to be accessible to all, especially with the cost of everything in life rising constantly around us.
In 10 years I have only increased them twice, absorbing the profit margin losses for as long as I can.

However these ever increasing rises do impact considerably on my business running costs - namely insurance, professional memberships, CPD courses, treatment products, card reader fees and energy bills - and therefore I will need to increase my treatment prices a little soon. For now I am slightly increasing the cost of one hour Holistic Massage treatments only (including pregnancy massage) from the start of the new year with a review on all other treatments in the Spring.

Where possible if you are able to pay with cash or by bank transfer this will be greatly appreciated, to try and minimise my debit/credit card payment transaction fees.

Just a little announcement regarding Gift Vouchers, especially with Christmas coming up where enquiries and sales increase 🎄✨

As I am currently unable to take on any new clients I am only able to sell Gift Vouchers which will be given to clients who have received treatments with me before, including those who may not have been to me for a while, as well as regular clients.

So sorry to put a restriction on this, but it is important that I am able to accommodate my existing client base in a timely manner. If there are any future opportunities for me to accommodate new clients I will make an announcement 📣

I have spent a great couple of Zoom sessions this weekend getting to grips with Auricular (Ear) Reflexology and ear seeding with the very knowledgable and lovely Allison from the Contemporary Reflexology College.

I love learning new skills, absorbing new ideas and concepts to incorporate within my treatment repertoire. I am hoping some of my massage and facial reflexology clients will allow me to practise on them a little during their sessions in the coming weeks 😁👂

Thank you to all who sent birthday wishes to me on Monday 🫶🏻 It felt rather poignant entering a new decade; I cannot comprehend how quickly time really does fly. This one crept up on me much faster than I was prepared for!
However it is a privilege growing older, blessed to be here for another journey around the sun, and able to experience all that life sends our way, both the good and the more challenging. A luxury denied to many 🤍 Our health is certainly is our wealth.

I’m now all caught up with responding to messages and scheduling appointments, so thank you for your patience while I’ve been celebrating over a long weekend. July availability is becoming rather limited so please do not leave it until last minute if you would like to book in for a treatment soon ☺️
