This year has been a big shift for me — in my health, fitness, and mindset. I decided to focus on what truly serves me in the long run — building habits that support my body, my energy, and my happiness.
I move in ways that I love.
I eat to feel strong, balanced, and energised.
And I remind myself daily that health is not a short-term goal — it’s a lifelong commitment to myself.
It hasn’t all been smooth sailing — there are ups and downs, challenges, and moments of doubt. But every step, every lesson, and every setback has taught me something valuable. Creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle isn’t about perfection — it’s about learning, growing, and showing up for yourself through it all. 💛
