Rhinoplasty

Depending on the scope of the planned operation, the procedure takes between 1-2.5 hours and is performed under general anesthesia. After surgery , a plastic or metal mold will be on your nose and a silicone buffers in , that allow breathing . You can get up 2-3 hours after the surgery and eat your meals after 5-6 hours. If your general condition is very good, you may even be discharged on the same day or after an overnight stay in hospital you will be discharged. Silicone buffers in the nose are removed after 1-2 days and plastic or metal mold after 5-7 days . So you can go back to work after one week or 10 days after surgery.

Treatment of Varicose Veins with Sclerotherapy ( Foam Therapy )

With sclerotherapy, a controlled endothelial damage is been created with some medicines injected into the vein (chemical ablation) and capillaries disappear in weeks and months . The most commonly used agents for sclerotherapy are Polidocanol and Sodium Tetradecyl Sulfate. In classic sclerotherapy, these medicines are injected into the vein in liquid form . Liquid sclerotherapy is mostly used in the treatment of small diameter spider and reticular veins. In foam sclerotherapy, these drugs are mixed with air to form a foam and injected into the vein.
