We are excited to be continuing our partnership with Dr Christine Grant at the Centre for Healthcare and Communities, Coventry University.

We'll be working with Dr. Christine Grant on the forthcoming Economic & Social Research Council-funded project exploring ➡ 'A person-centred approach to 'what works' supporting neurodivergent workers to thrive in the onsite workplace'

As part of the research, the research team are currently gathering the views of neurodivergent onsite workers and line managers in order to develop a line manager toolkit to support neurodivergent onsite workers.

If you would be interested in taking part in this research it will involve just one 1-hour interview. Views will be collated, analysed and then utilised in the development and evaluation of the toolkit content. All contributions will be anonymised. The toolkit will be shared widely online. Please contact christine.grant@coventry.ac.uk to take part.

This Thursday! Join our next How To webinar: How To Address Arthritis in the Modern Workplace, Breaking the Stereotype with Inclusive Solutions 💻

Arthritis is often seen as an “older person’s condition” — but the reality in today’s workplace tells a very different story.

Millions of working-age people are living with arthritis, and recent NHS Digital data shows that over 40% of hip replacements and almost 50% of knee replacements are carried out on people aged 50–69. This is a significant portion of the active workforce.
