🌿 About Sage & Soul Wellness Events

Sage & Soul was born from a simple wish - to create space for connection, calm, and community. What began as a small idea to bring together local wellness practitioners and mindful makers is blossoming into a series of soulful gatherings that celebrate wellbeing in all its forms.

As a reflexologist and holistic therapist, I’ve always been passionate about helping people feel their best - and organising events that make others feel good inside and out is a natural extension of that.

Each event is curated with heart, bringing together those who nurture others - from holistic therapists and artists to local small businesses - all united by a love for natural living and genuine connection.

I started Sage & Soul because I believe in the power of slowing down, of meeting like-minded souls, and of discovering new ways to care for ourselves and each other. Watching people light up as they experience something new, make meaningful connections, or simply take a deep breath in a peaceful space - that’s what fills me up and keeps me creating these events.

Sage & Soul is more than an event company - it’s a gathering of hearts, a reminder that wellness is for everyone, and a celebration of community at its most authentic. 🌸

This uplifting event will be spread over two floors, with plenty of space for both practitioners and visitors to relax and explore.

We’re looking for holistic practitioners, wellness therapists, and wellbeing-focused businesses to join us for a beautiful day of connection and self-care.

🎨 Craft Market
We’ll also be hosting a creative market celebrating local makers, artisans, and small businesses — perfect for showcasing your handmade or heartfelt creations.

💚 Both events will be supporting the local charity Just George — so by taking part, you’ll be helping make a real difference too.
