Hi, I’m Janice 🌿

I’m 45. I love tea more than is probably reasonable. A local cottenhamite, I believe in slow mornings, meaningful conversations, community over competition… and building businesses with soul.

I’m the founder of Sage & Soul Wellness Events
A trained reflexologist and Holistic Therapist with my own therapy business CalmSense Therapy.
A green witch at heart 🌿✨
And before all of this? I worked in the care sector — supporting others has always been woven into who I am.

But if you really want to know me?

My dog is my life 🐾

Not in the cute “oh I love my pet” way.
In the deep, grounding, heart-expanding way.

Lottie has walked beside me through reinventions, new businesses, midlife wobbles, big ideas, quiet tears and bold dreams. Morning walks clear my head. Paw prints across the kitchen floor make a house feel like home. The way she looks at me reminds me to soften, slow down and just be.

Everything I create — whether it’s a wellness event, a cup of tea, or a new idea brewing — is rooted in that same feeling: loyalty, comfort, presence, love.

This isn’t just business.
It’s life.

A Little Sage & Soul Team Love 🤍

Today we’re celebrating a special birthday — my son Jake turns 23 ✨

If you’ve been to a Sage & Soul Wellness Events gathering already (or have one coming up), you may spot him behind the scenes — helping set up, welcoming people, lending a hand and bringing calm, grounded energy to the day.

Jake is caring, kind-hearted, organised to his core (yes… a total clean freak 😄), and always shows up with a smile — plus impeccable style and a very good scent trail.

I’m incredibly proud to have him as part of the SSWE team and to share this journey with him.

So if you see him at an event, say hello —
and help me wish him a happy 23rd birthday 🤍

Building this from the ground up means every small milestone feels BIG. Grateful for the journey, excited for what’s coming, and so ready for our next event. 💛⭐️🌿🙂
