My Serenity Reflexology, Facials and Head Massage: Reproductive Reflexology, Reproflexology* Training, Reflexology for Menopause

09/03/2026

I’m recovering very well from recent surgery and looking forward to gently starting treatments again this week!

Being forced to take some time out has helped me evaluate my goals for the future. This means that I am removing body massage for my current list of treatments.

However, I’m building on my Reflexology treatments and I can’t wait to start using the techniques for Nerve Reflexology for Lower Back and Pelvic Pain.

I will also continue to offer Indian and Tibetan Head Massage and gorgeous relaxing Facials using the wonderful Tropic products.

Ooh, I’ve signed up for another course! I am doing the Nerve Reflexology for Lower Back and Pelvic Pain course with Dr Carol Samuel this coming Friday and Saturday! I’m sure it will be fascinating!!

Wise words

In addition to enhancing fertility by working with your own body’s mechanisms, Reproflexology™ has several physical and mental health and wellbeing benefits.

Couples who experience difficulties conceiving naturally often reach a point where they feel stressed, tense, anxious and exhausted. Reflexology is a relaxing, non-invasive complementary therapy, frequently found to reduce stress, alleviate pain and reduce symptoms associated with some reproductive health conditions.

Reproductive reflexology may help to regulate a woman’s menstrual cycle and reduce the pain and symptoms of PMS. Overall, it can leave you feeling calmer, more balanced and more able to sleep.

This is what our members learn about as part of their Reproflexology™ course work. It's not just the fertility enhancements it's working with the whole person, for both parents.

Focus on Reflexology:

For Relaxation
For hormone balance- I’m trained in Reproductive Reflexology and completed Menopause Support Training with the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists
For general well-being

By working on specific reflex points, people experience relief from stress, pain, digestive issues and sleep disturbance

I’m always happy to have an informal chat before you book an appointment.

Reproductive health!

We are sharing a slightly different story of success in our post today, from one of our members:

"A huge thank you to Barbara Scott 💜

After completing my course, I knew I wanted to support women with menstrual health challenges.

A 30-year-old woman who had previously experienced breast cancer came to me, hoping her periods would return.

After 7 sessions, she’s now had 3 cycles — her most recent just 29 days apart. Her oncologist is amazed at how quickly her cycle returned 🙏🏻✨".

Proof that Reproductive Reflexology can help support women in many different ways. Well done to our member and we are delighted you were able to help your client.

If you would like to learn how to help women with their cycle using reflexology visit our website and choose "Seren" from the menu to find out more about our face to face and online training courses for Reproductive Reflexology.

I thought I should begin the physio exercises for my knee and opened the scanned page. Turns out, that mostly they are the same exercises that I learn with Val 4 Yoga to strengthen the muscles that support the knee!! Not sure why I was surprised really 🤔

Reproductive Reflexologists, use an evidence-based approach.

Which means that our trained reflexologists use medical tests to help them determine where the underlying issues may be. This information is used to plan effective and appropriate treatment.

Using the Reproflexology™ system looks at the whole person, their lifestyle, nutrition, cycle, stress levels and more.

Medical testing may include relevant blood tests and semen analysis. Members also use repeat testing to help them measure ongoing progress.

Using a forensic approach to bring together all of the pieces of the jigsaw puzzle to find the ‘Aha’ moment, is one of the things our members feel makes their job worthwhile.

Of course the best feeling is when the get a positive result for mum's and dad's to be!

Feeling grateful: I tripped on an uneven pavement on Thursday (at my age it’s probably classed as a fall 🙄) but I was able to go to Doddington Hospital Minor Injuries Unit and was seen in less than an hour. I was given fantastic advice for soft tissue damage and will be following the physio programme that is recommended. We’re off to Derbyshire tomorrow for a few days, so I can rest and recuperate in beautiful surroundings. Life is just a bowl of cherries!!

It was my absolute pleasure to meet Hayley from Beauty Heaven yesterday. Hayley is at the beginning of her journey to train as a Reflexologist and I was able to receive a treatment and give her some encouragement. It’s important to support people who are keen to learn and develop skills and if anyone else is training or considering training, I’m very happy to help if I can. Basically, we need more Reflexology in the World!!
