It is an aromatic, evergreen shrub whose leaves are frequently used to flavour foods. With a herbaceous and energising scent, Rosemary is a fragrant addition to savoury dishes; when a recipe requires dried rosemary, use Rosemary essential oil in place of the herb to create a fresh and flavoursome dish.
