ENID .. meaning soul, life, root, spirit. We created this jumpsuit for several reasons, but all of them interconnected with the same simple purpose - to FEEL GOOD.

Our classy but casual linen jumpsuit - created, designed and made by us using soft, organic & breathable fabrics that brush the skin with elegance and ease. With natural bamboo buttons to the front and a feature low cut V to the back - our ENID jumpsuit invites space to move, breathe, experience and enhance your daily routine. 🚨✨EVENT ANNOUNCEMENT✨🚨

Our second Flow & Feast for July is now live! And this one .. is HANDSY! Join us amidst the magical corners of Kings Road Yard (Pontcanna), for this summers edition of Flow & Feast - B**B STYLE!

'Flow' will be a steady yin inspired sequence, fused with slow conscious movement and breath. 'Feast' will follow by who will create a colourful & juicy variation of 'afternoon tea' - a selection of freshly pressed juices, cakes and colourful macaroons (by British Bake Off winner Thibault Courtoisier).

Guests will then roll up their sleeves and get even more grounded with the earthier elements in our ceramic b**b mug making workshop. Everyone will receive a (pre thrown) tumbler and get handsy designing and creating your most unique b**b mug - glazed & fired in your colour of choice. Ticket proceeds for this event will be going towards CoppaFeel 🤚🏼

Movement, food, juice & clay .. all the earthy elements to help you get routed!

Well well well - been very excited to announce this one!! A summer celebration of movement, music, vibe & whole hearted nourishment!

This season, we are very excited to be back at DEPOT & collaborating with the delicious Indian street food phenomenon - bringing a colourful FEAST of eastern aromatic foods to the table. But before we hit the table, we will first be hitting the deck - with a hearty FLOW of movement & breath to live beats by DJ SPICE! Movement, music, food .. quite literally bringing you the spice from all directions!

Whether you have taken part in a couple of yoga classes before or been practicing for years, it's the perfect time this summer to join Flow & Feast to help raise some VIBE and intentionally carve out some time for yourself.

There will be zingy health shots on arrival, thali plates of India's favourite lip smacking dishes for mains with all the essential sides, followed by dessert and refreshing mango lassi's! DEPOT bar will also be open should you wish to add a tipple or 2 to your feast (not included), which you can order to your table via the app.

WE CAN'T WAIT to welcome you back (or for the first time!) to Flow & Feast this August - an evening of many magical moments to be had!

Everyone welcome - either individually or as a group (although we encourage you to come along with a friend to share both the food & the experience with somebody else!) ✨

🎪✨ITS BACK ✨🎪

We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate the return of Flow & Feast than under the sun, with friends, hearty movement, music, Dusty's pizza & beer🍻

The first of our summer events will be taking place within the magical walls of THE BONE YARD. Hidden in the backstreets of Canton - this dreamy space oozes colour, community, creativity & strong whiffs of rustic wood fired pizza.

SUNDAY 11th JULY, join us at 6pm for FLOW - a hearty sequence of movement & breath for all levels. Whether you have taken part in a couple of classes before or been practicing for years, it's the perfect time this summer to join Flow & Feast to help raise some VIBE and intentionally carve out some time for yourself.

Following flow, will be our FEAST, created by one of the most delicious pizzeria's there is - DUSTY'S (if you know, you know! 😉): known for their rustic style, flavour and use of seasonal ingredients - creating delicious, wholesome and crunchy Neapolitan pizza's!

🎄CHRISTMAS GIVEAWAY🎄

It’s been rather chilly this last week - cosying up next to the soft flicker of a warm scented candle could not be more perfect. Gentle whiffs of cinnamon and mulled wine hot off the stove with a light dusting of pine needles on warm wooden floors ... the perfect scene setter for this festive time of the year.

Which is why we thought it would be a fitting time to gift away one of our handmade ‘Christmas Edition’ candles.

Handmade vessel in Cocoa Bean - filled with a gentle blend of Cinnamon & Pine (using coconut wax). Once the candles lost its spark - re-use it as a coffee tumbler or send it our way for a refill!
