🎄 Festive Fun at Age Connects Café, Holton Road! 🎄

Today our group got into the Christmas spirit with a creative session at Age Connects Café in Barry. We made sock snowmen filled with wonderfully scented Christmassy oils!

After our crafts, we enjoyed a Christmas & music quiz, which brought plenty of laughs, memories, and friendly competition.

Its was a great morning, thank you to everyone who came along!

🌟 What a joyful afternoon at Golau Caredig! We were treated to a wonderful dance session led by Sophie from Rubicon Dance — full of rhythm, laughter, and feel-good energy. 💃🕺

It was lovely to see everyone getting involved, moving to the music, and expressing themselves through dance. The smiles said it all! 😊

A lovely afternoon at Youldon House today! Our group got creative painting beautiful winter scenes onto tiles using acrylics, all while enjoying some music and a fun quiz. Lots of laughter, colour, and conversation!

🌿 Today’s Age Connects group got creative!

We decorated plant pots by wrapping them with twine and adding our own personal touches. Then we scooped out tomato seeds, cleaned and dried them, and planted them in our newly decorated pots. 🌱✨

A relaxing and hands-on session — perfect for sparking conversation, creativity, and a little connection with nature. 🌼

💃 We had such a brilliant time at Youldon House yesterday!

Our group was led by the wonderful Sophie from Rubicon Dance, who got us all moving, laughing, and singing along. 🕺💫

It was a joyful session full of smiles (and a few raised heart rates too!). A big thank you to everyone who joined in — you brought such great energy! ❤️

Creative moments at Youldon House!

Yesterday, our group enjoyed a relaxing plant pot decorating session, wrapping pots with twine and adding colourful flowers for that perfect personal touch.

We then set up a Montessori-inspired planting table, where everyone got hands-on planting crocus bulbs, encouraging connection, creativity, and sensory engagement through nature.
