We are running a Fascial manipulation course on Saturday 30th September for all qualified therapists in any field including holistic, sports, physio, osteopathic or soft tissue therapy.

This is a 1-day CPD course looking at the structure and function of fascia and how to palpate and manipulate the structures.
The course will cover the physiology and function of fascia, notes will be provided, and issues/injuries commonly associated with the structure. Techniques for affecting range of movement and reducing pain/discomfort will be carried out, including direct fascial manipulation and MFR.

The course is practically focussed and will provide attendees with a variety of techniques that can be used immediately in the clinic or on the sports field.

The cost of the course is £90.

We are happy to announce our first CPD course for 2022!

Held at the brand new Cardiff Sports Clinic on Whitchurch road in Cardiff. This course, titled ‘Fascia - anatomy and manipulation’ will cover theoretical approaches regarding fascia, what it is and how to work with it along with direct superficial fascial techniques and deep fascial manipulation.

What a difference the flooring makes!!

The building is ready, all that’s left is some furnishings and the new Cardiff Sports Clinic is ready to go.

We will we be open from next week, Tuesday 16th November 2021!

The new clinic is almost done!!

Rooms are built and plastered, all doors are in, front window designs, ventilation and plumbing are done.

Painting and carpets are the main jobs left and then we shall be ready to go!!
