Today we had the privilege of being part of the panel at the All Wales Carers Assembly 2026 🌟

It was a powerful and emotional event, hosted by Carers Wales that brought together carers from across Wales to share their lived experiences of what it truly means to care for a loved one.

Listening to these stories was a stark reminder of the immense challenges carers face every single day - often quietly, tirelessly, and without recognition.

A huge thank you to everyone who shared their experiences and thank you to fellow panellists David Pritchard Gofal Cymdeithasol Cymru / Social Care Wales and Darren Hughes Welsh NHS Confederation for their insights.
