When you and your baby are ready and want to leave the house! We have welcomed babies and mothers as early as two weeks after birth💗

This is because the group is designed to make mothers and babies feel at home.

✨️It is a very small group.

✨️The venue is beautiful and totally relaxing. It's an authentic yurt in a room, so the temperature is regulated at all times.

✨️The emotional atmosphere is one of trust and openness, and all experiences are welcome.

✨️It's easy to get there by public transport or car. There is free parking right outside the yurt.

✨️The group is run by a doula who has experience of the postnatal period.

✨️The aim is clear: to make you feel at home in great company!

The Pregnancy Circles start on 30 October!

💫What makes this antenatal course so special?

💞 It's about connecting with other pregnant women, having honest conversations, reflecting, learning and supporting each other. This connection and support continues long after the course ends, through the WhatsApp group and the postnatal circles.

🌻 It's about taking time to breathe, rest and enjoy this unique connection with your baby at least once a week.

🥰 It's also about learning about pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period, and how to navigate the maternity care system. There is time to explore different resources and find what is right for you. This enables you to make informed decisions and have a more empowering experience.

We meet every Thursday for 6 weeks.

Meet Pineda and Kayleigh, a qualified birth and postnatal doula, and a hypnobirthing teacher. Together they run the , groups and workshops to learn and reflect into this new journey of motherhood, creating safe and nurturing spaces at the yurt to foster real connection.

The aim is to show how powerful women are. Pineda and Kayleigh want to bring back the confidence in our own bodies to grow, to birth and to raise our children.

Postpartum is a challenging time, so I designed a group especially for those first months after a baby is born.

It is not only focused on the baby, but also on the beautiful dyad mum and baby. Because what is good for one it is good for the other, and vice versa.

Tomorrow we are welcoming a Mothers’ Circle!

This is a new, supportive space where women can come together to share and discuss the concerns, challenges, frustrations, joys and uncertainties of being a mother in modern society.

Once per month, we will address common challenges and recurring issues from coaching and psychological perspectives.

✨️By attending the circle, you will receive:

🌿 perspective and clarity on your role as a mother.

🌿 you will learn strategies to debunk unrealistic expectations.

🌿 you will also have time to relax through breathwork and guided meditation, which will help you to calm your mind and connect with your body.

Not only is the yurt incredibly beautiful and special inside, but it is also very easy to get there.

🌟FREE parking in front of the building.

🌟100% accessible.

🌟Sofa, quiet area.

🌟Access to the kitchen.

The postpartum period is demanding, which is why the yurt is the best space to bring together a group of mothers and their babies.

If leaving the house with your newborn for the first time can be overwhelming, it is reassuring to know that parking is easy and that your doula is waiting to help you with your baby and everything else🥰
