So we are ending World Quality Week with some food for thought - the theme this week has been ‘Thinking Differently’ whether this has been from a process based approach or from listening to our patients and service users. Never be afraid to challenge and review processes, never be afraid to ask questions, never be afraid to learn, never be afraid to let your voice be heard. On behalf of the amazing team at WFI we hope you’ve had a good week. 💜🩷

During World Quality Week it is important to understand what ‘Quality’ means to our patients and service users. We understand this by providing continuous patient feedback and using the proves ‘You Said, We Did’ this ensures that when all patient feedback is received we provide feedback about what we can achieve and potentially change but also important constraints that may not allow us to take all suggestions on board. We value listening to our patients and striving to continuously improve our service 💜🩷

World Quality Week 2025 - Thinking Differently - what does it mean?
All the services we provide at WFI are evidence based and quality driven but that does not mean we should not stop, review and sometimes challenge the processes used to ensure that our patients are provided with the most safe, effective care whilst under our service.

Quality is at the forefront of everything we strive to achieve so although in my role as Quality Manager I encourage ‘Thinking differently’ to enhance our patient experience within our service.
