I’ve woken up with neck pain today… but every setback is a lesson! 
So I thought I’d show you Chiropractic treatment in action 💆‍♂️ before and after. 
But I have to admit… I brought this one on myself. 
I’m a big advocate of wellness, wellbeing and maintenance treatment, and guess who missed their last session? Yep, you guessed it 🤦🏽‍♀️ 
While the impact of Chiropractic treatment can often be felt straight away ⚡️, the real benefits come from regular care. The body and brain love repetition 🧠 It’s how we learn, heal and stay balanced. You can’t outsmart it! 
I’m already feeling better after today’s treatment (thanks Owen! 🙌) but I’ll be back on the table before the end of the week to keep things from spiralling.

After your first treatment, your chiropractor will chat with you about whether heat or ice is best for your recovery, it depends on what your body needs most 💬💆 
🧊 ICE is great for: • Fresh injuries • Swelling • Inflammation 
🌡️ HEAT is best for: • Muscle tension • Stiffness • Achy joints (like arthritis) 
How to use them safely: ✔️ Always wrap in a towel, never apply directly to skin ⏱️ 10 minutes on, 10 minutes off - short and sweet! 🚫 Don’t fall asleep with it on
