I don’t know about you, but my routine has gone out the window over the last fortnight and I’m in desperate need of a little reset🙋🏼♀️
Enter the ‘10 Before 10’ March Mini Challenge🤌🏼
✨10 minutes of movement, before 10AM, for 10 consecutive days✨
And this choice of movement can be our choice entirely:
Walk, flow, swim, lift, jog- whatever is doable and sustainable for you in order to complete the 10 days.

I’m not looking to overwhelm you by transforming everything all at once!
I’m looking to give you a solid start point and to prove to you that you CAN create a routine that works for you- long term!
