Your weekly yoga and pilates schedule has arrived and it is all about moving, unwinding and finishing the day feeling better than when you arrived. ✨
Every week inside the yoga tent we create a calm space to stretch, breathe and reset before stepping straight into the heat of the sauna.
Tuesday 7pm
Yin Yoga with Steve .mobility
A slow and deeply relaxing class designed to release tension and improve flexibility. Expect long gentle holds, deep breathing and a chance to properly switch off after the day.
Wednesday 6.15pm
Yoga and Sauna with Milli .yoga.studio
A flowing yoga session to wake up the body, build strength and improve mobility followed by a relaxing sauna session to help your muscles recover and your mind slow down.
Thursday 6.15pm
Pilates and Sauna with Danni .with.danni
A focused pilates class designed to strengthen the core, improve posture and support overall body balance. After class you can step into the sauna to relax and recover.
The combination of movement and heat is perfect for easing tight muscles, reducing stress and giving your body the reset it deserves.
Classes take place in our cosy yoga tent with a welcoming relaxed atmosphere suitable for beginners and regular movers alike.
Spaces are limited to 8 so booking in advance is recommended.
