Loved Christmas shopping in Bath today, a tad on the busy side but managed to fit in a relax in the too. 🙌

I forgot what a great selection of vintage and second hand shops Bath offered, showcasing some fabulous traditional knits in stunning colours that you don’t often find in the high street shops . Lots of faux fur coats in a variety of shades and designer bags too. Loved the leopard print belted jacket. ❤️

Excited to stumble upon one of my favourite shops too, so many beautiful things; the cowboy hat, moss green fair-isle knit and short fur jacket.

I did buy 2 small things from a market stall which I’ll show you tomorrow. 🤣 How’s your Christmas shopping coming on? These beauties which I also bought in a tan colour are ladder proof, s**g proof and super comfy too, I’m in love. Perfect if you’ve got pointy nail extensions like me and are generally way too heavy handed and always in a rush! 🤣 I wore them all day and they’re still looking like new. 😲

Choose a great colour that makes you look radiant. Yes black is slimming and safe but there’s plenty of more flattering deeper shades too

The shape and cut of the dress is everything. I love this dress on the right for exactly that reason, designed to give every woman an hourglass shape

Fabric is also imperative. A structured velvet like the dress on the right gives you shape, is uplifting in the b***y area compared to the stretchy velvet dress on the left

Our best brands often change as we reach our 30s 40s and beyond as we want our clothes to work harder for us. Once you know your top brands you can shop on secondhand sites too.
