🚀 Where It All Started…
Back in 2018 at DW, this was the moment the idea for BC Fitness Small Group Personal Training was born.
1 to 1 Personal training in great but small group personal training is where its at 💯
The goal was simple:
👉 How can I coach more people, create a bigger impact, and make personal training affordable so clients could train 3–4 times a week instead of just 1–2 and still save money.
This is where real results happen where real lives change.
It wasn’t about fancy equipment or big crowds — it was about fun, progress, and building a community of like-minded people all striving to become the best version of themselves 💪
