Back in 2018 at DW, this was the moment the idea for BC Fitness Small Group Personal Training was born.

1 to 1 Personal training in great but small group personal training is where its at 💯

The goal was simple:
👉 How can I coach more people, create a bigger impact, and make personal training affordable so clients could train 3–4 times a week instead of just 1–2 and still save money.

This is where real results happen where real lives change.

It wasn’t about fancy equipment or big crowds — it was about fun, progress, and building a community of like-minded people all striving to become the best version of themselves 💪

Here’s a simple 3-step Morning Plan we use at BC Fitness to make sure our members never skip a session again:

💧 Step 1: Prep the Night Before
Lay out your gym kit, fill your water bottle, and set your alarm with intention (not just habit).

🧠 Step 2: Win the First 10 Minutes
No phone. No doom scroll.
Drink water. Stretch. Move your body. Get sunlight.

🔥 Step 3: Lock in Your Non-Negotiable
Remind yourself WHY you started — before excuses show up.
