Life expectancy?
⬆️ One of the longest in Europe

So what gives?

Either cholesterol isn’t the standalone villain it’s been made out to be…
Or we’re not being told the whole picture.

Because population health is never about one marker in isolation.
Context matters: metabolism, insulin resistance, food quality, lifestyle, stress, movement, and environment.

When the data doesn’t match the narrative, it’s not “dangerous” to ask questions — it’s scientific.
