Do you suffer from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome ? 😰🤚

🔴Symptoms: Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) typically presents as numbness, tingling, and pain in the thumb, index, middle, and part of the ring fingers. Patients may experience weakness in the hand, making it difficult to grip objects or perform tasks that require fine motor skills. Symptoms often worsen at night and can lead to chronic discomfort.

It is most commonly diagnosed in individuals who work in Construction/manufacturing, beauty, food service and computer-based jobs: but is also seen in musicians! 🎼

🔴Causes: CTS occurs when the median nerve, which runs through the carpal tunnel in the wrist, becomes compressed. Common causes include repetitive wrist movements (often seen in typing or assembly work), wrist injuries, conditions like diabetes and arthritis, and factors such as obesity and pregnancy.

Tennis elbow, or ‘lateral epicondylitis’, is an overuse injury affecting the elbow. It results from repetitive strain on the tendons that connect forearm muscles to the outer elbow, causing pain and discomfort.
