The sleepless nights
The constant worrying
The putting everyone else first
The mental load no one sees

🙅🏼‍♀️Without mums, life as we know it simply wouldn’t exist

🤍So today is a reminder that whether you’re a stay-at-home mum, a working mum, a single mum, or somewhere in between… you’re doing better than you think you are

💌Your little ones love you like nothing else in the world

🤗And even on the days when you feel exhausted, overwhelmed, or like you’re getting it wrong… you’re still their safe place, their comfort, and their whole world

❗️Your life right now is largely the result of the choices you make every day

Struggling to keep up with your kids?
🫀That’s a stamina issue
Carrying little one in the car seat suddenly feels ridiculously heavy?
💪🏻That’s a strength issue

Feeling exhausted all the time and relying on caffeine just to function?
