This week in group we celebrated our members competition called ‘Slimming World Icons!’
Incredible members who inspire others in our groups. Proud to share our winners:
Sarah; joined group with a 9 week old baby just 3.5 months ago; also achieved her 2 stone award this week 🌟
Caroline and Laura; met at group and now firm SW besties. But have achieved their Personal Achievement Target this year losing over 15 stone between them!!! 💪🏼
Helen; 2st 13.5lbs loss to date, with her final Target of 3st total loss in sight next week 🥳
Emma; 4st 9.5 lbs lost with plans of gifting herself 5st weight loss by Christmas (if not sooner!) 🩷

Almost 3 years ago a lady came to join my group here in KL. Last week I had the honour of presenting this incredible lady with an 11 stone award as well as her Target certificate, having achieved her weight loss dream! A very special night in group and a reminder (not that I need one) of the life changing effects of our generous and liberating eating plan! No pills, no magic potions or jabs, just good food and plenty of it.
In her words, ‘it’s not only about the weight you lose, but the friends you gain’. ❤️

I have had so many members tell me they wish they’d started sooner. I know I’ve said it myself. Never has anyone told me they regretted losing weight and improving their life and health…. 🤔 Anything is possible but you have to start to succeed.
