Another delivery from the fabulous Slimming World Kitchen range this week to keep us fuelled in the busy-ness. Meals have included Harissa chicken with jewelled couscous, chickpea and roasted veg tagine (both pictured) as well as delicious pork and bean cassoulet, and Basil & sun-dried tomato salmon with mash - not my pic but defs my fave! 🤤

What a return to group! This member hasn’t been able to attend my (or any!) groups for just over 12 months, but oh my word they have kept on keeping on! Look at these awards achieved this morning when they finally made it back!!

As a Consultant, I absolutely LOVE receiving messages like this! People making the small changes and choices that hugely benefit them. This member lost -9.5lbs in their first week!! They often travel and stay away for work but this kind of commitment means they will keep seeing results 💪🏼
