🔹️This is one that i used when first started training, and got me so many results.
It also gets results for my clients now who are on x3 sessions a week
🔹️It covers everything on the body
🔹️Gives time for your body to recover
🔹️Not in the gym everyday or for hours

🔹️It makes it realistic to get results and more understanding of what is needed to get results too.
🔹️E.g Monday Wednesday & friday in the gym
others days to recover or do cardio

🔹️Real Coaches With Real Lifes
🔹️With social media we see so many Coaches with such high & unreal expectations of getting results and what is needed from the gym.
🔹️In reality it is not much what is needed

🔹️Listening to a young person who has no life commitments or bills to pay can spend there life to a gym and fitness
but in the real world this is not achievable.

🔹️Its having someone with a understanding of life and understand each client and there commitments to there fitness journey.

🔹️Not everyone has that free time not everyone can spend 2hrs a day in the gym.
back on earth we have to work everyone out separately

🔹️If your coach sounds like this or your Listening to someone who sounds like this.....put in the bin.

1) walking taps into using fat as energy not carbs which running does
2) Walking is loads easier on the body
3) Running is performance orientated when we are looking for fat loss

🔹️"I need to loose 2 stone in 6 week....how long will that take?"
the question i get asked the MOST...but the reality of how long it does take.
🔹️Individuals think it will fall off which some it does but not for everyone.
1) Your lifestyle depends on how quick
2) Your diet
3) Your Training
4) Sleep
5) Stress

🔹️People wanted the body yesterday and think it will be done in 1 or 2 week where it can be Months or even more like years
