REMINDER: Order your repeat prescriptions in good time before the Christmas 🎄 and New Year 🎉 bank holiday to ensure you don’t run out of medication during this time.

Repeat prescriptions due to run out will need to be ordered by Monday 15 December to ensure they can be dispensed and collected in time, but please only order what you need.

It usually takes 5–7 working days for your medicines to be ready to collect – but remember to order early and allow more time ahead of bank holidays.

Ordering online using the NHS App is the safest and easiest way to order your regular medicines.
