It’s this week (13th to 19th May) and the focus this year is on : moving more for your mental health.

is probably the best form of movement for overall health. As a dance teacher, I have witnessed many times how dancing can transform people literally! I actually believe that if dancing was taught systematically in schools from the first year, we wouldn't see so many kids (and later adults) suffering with mental health issues.
