Well i have been quiet on here but i've been working very hard behind the scenes. I'm now ready to introduce my new skincare treatments! As a 'getting on a bit' woman I've started to make a bit more effort with my own skincare routines and as with all things I've become a bit obsessed with learning all about it. What's surprised me the most is how you make a big difference in our skin no matter what age/stage you are at. Problems with your skin can cause low self esteem, anxiety, depression and social isolation and on top of that a lovely facial with treatments is a great way to relax.
