Jo is currently hosting 3 x yoga classes a week for you to come and slot into and try out 😍

We may be coming out of fire season but we are coming into the opportunity to practice outside on the grass and with the birds season (when the weather is just right!) 🩵

If you’ve been to the cabin this spring you will likely have heard the absolute chorus going on, including a cheeky resident woodpecker in there too 🐦 😍

📍 All at Sowena HQ between Scorrier and Chacewater, on the main road so no twisty turns to get to us
💰All classes from £7 or less if you block book

Judith brings together yoga, breathwork, sound, Qi Gong, Kundalini, Tai Chi and energy medicine into sessions that feel both ancient and completely grounded in the science of how our bodies actually work.

She teaches with warmth and real attentiveness to whether you’re brand new to movement practices or have been on this path for years.

We are so grateful to have her back at Sowena in May for the RISE workshops.

“The world is wider than I remembered…” ✨

Invitation to (truly) notice what’s around you…
Why? Because it helps to take your mind away from being consumed with thoughts, worries, ‘to do’ lists, unanswered questions, theories, gossip, ‘what ifs’… 💭

By noticing and focusing, it brings your mind into the present, grounding it in the now… this slowing down allows your thoughts to slow down or pause, gives spaces, lowers stress, increases states of gratitude and fulfilment (and in turn releasing those ‘feel good’ hormones), boosts your wellbeing, and can increase concentration and communication… 🫧

And remember, being more mindful will take practice… Start small and try to incorporate into daily routines so that it feels achievable - and notice (that word is intentionally used!) what benefits it brings you… 🌙 ✨
