“The world is wider than I remembered…” ✨
Invitation to (truly) notice what’s around you…
Why? Because it helps to take your mind away from being consumed with thoughts, worries, ‘to do’ lists, unanswered questions, theories, gossip, ‘what ifs’… 💭
By noticing and focusing, it brings your mind into the present, grounding it in the now… this slowing down allows your thoughts to slow down or pause, gives spaces, lowers stress, increases states of gratitude and fulfilment (and in turn releasing those ‘feel good’ hormones), boosts your wellbeing, and can increase concentration and communication… 🫧
And remember, being more mindful will take practice… Start small and try to incorporate into daily routines so that it feels achievable - and notice (that word is intentionally used!) what benefits it brings you… 🌙 ✨
