New blocks starting on Monday. Come join us in our small Physiotherapy led Pilates classes. No classes have more than 9 people in at RGS and 7 at Hedsor Golf Course. All injuries are catered for a worked around. A half price taster to all and a free taster to all existing clients if you want to try or you’re not sure it’s for you?

Hedsor:
Monday: 10.05 and 11am
Thursday: 12.15pm
Friday: 6.30am and 12.15pm

RGS
Wednesday 6.10pm and 7pm

Here at JDB Physio we are extremely excited to introduce Alex who will be joining our Physiotherapy team. Alex holds an MSc in Physiotherapy from Buckinghamshire New University and has over 10 years of experience as a qualified Level 5 clinical and remedial soft tissue and sports therapist. Alex has a wealth of experience in the sports industry, serving as a senior therapist and medic for Rams RFC, Bracknell RFC, Berkshire County, and Ireland Ladies.

Alex also specialises in working with ballerinas, gymnasts, and acrobats, drawing on her previous career in the professional dance industry as a dancer, aerialist choreographer, and teacher. She is a fully certified Pilates instructor, skilled in all the original Pilates apparatus. Additionally, Alex is in the process of qualifying as a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach to further support her patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

In her spare time Alex enjoys walking her dog and horse riding, with a passion for the outdoors.

Alex is available for appointments at Hedsor Golf Course on Mondays.
