🌟2025 — what a year it’s been!🌟

It has been an incredibly busy and rewarding year here at Unique Support Early Years Agency, with steady and exciting growth across our community of Childminders.

This year also marked a major milestone for the agency with our first inspection, which took place in the summer and we received our Effective Grade 🤩

We are immensely proud of all our Childminders and everything they have achieved. The growth within their settings has been truly inspiring, and it has been wonderful to see their dedication, professionalism, and commitment shine through.

We are very much looking forward to welcoming many more Childminders to the agency in 2026.

What a unique and wonderful gathering we had today! ❤️

It was so lovely to set aside some special time for our childminder community. We had a blast with games, pottery painting, and some spooky colouring-in 🎨👻.

What made it truly special was sharing it with your own children! They are the hidden heroes of our settings, sharing their homes and their amazing mums with our little ones every single day. We wanted to celebrate them and let them know how much we appreciate their understanding and generosity—it's what allows us to give top-quality care.

A massive thank you to all the children and to the incredible childminders for everything you do! We hope everyone had a fantastic time and we can't wait to see you all at the next one! ✨
