A lot of people come to Reiki not really knowing what to expect and that’s completely normal. Every practitioner works differently, and sensations vary from person to person. I always explain that you might feel warmth, tingles, waves of emotion or you might feel nothing at all. There’s no right or wrong. The key is not to overthink it just relax and let your body receive what it needs.

Reiki is gentle, grounding, and quietly powerful. When crystals are woven in, the experience can deepen even further.

Session & Pricing Update (from February 2026)

A New Chapter of Treatments begin this February.

My treatments are designed to be intuitive, cocoon‑like and supportive, giving your whole system the chance to settle, breathe and be cared for in a way that feels natural.

Energy + Sensory Reset is my new signature ritual.
Available in 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 2 hours. Each ritual is shaped around what your body needs, offering warmth, comfort and deep nervous system support. These sessions flow intuitively and weave together massage, reiki, reflexology, sound and aromatherapy. With a mix of gentle and restorative techniques chosen on the day.

Reflexology is now offered as a 60 minute blended treatment of 40–45 minutes of focused reflexology, with the remaining time held for grounding, sound or quiet rest allowing the session to flow naturally depending on what you need.

All massage treatments, Swedish, Aromatherapy and Pregnancy Massage are 60 minute sessions.

Indian Head Massage choose from

30 minutes. The Classic Calming Ritual. A soothing upper body treatment focusing on the scalp, face, neck and shoulders, all while you lie comfortably on your back. It’s gentle, grounding and beautifully restorative perfect when you need a moment of calm and clarity.

OR

45 minutes. The Deeply Restorative Ritual. A more spacious version with extra time around the shoulder’s chest and arms, allowing deeper release without needing to turn over. Nurturing and designed to help your whole upper body soften and unwind.

Reiki choose from
45 minutes. A calming, energy led treatment that helps your system unwind and return to a steadier rhythm.

Or

60 minutes. A slower, more expansive session for those who benefit from extra time to settle and receive deeper energetic support.

All new bookings will take place in my therapy room at Yoga Sangha, Cheadle.

My summer house remains a cosy option for regular clients who love the space.
