Education, Empowerment & Ethical Beauty on this Children in Need day 2025.

What I learnt during my degree in Childhood Studies, my work as an Early Years Practitioner and other roles in education. Is that early education is vital and can be life changing for everyone. It nurtures personal, social and emotional development, builds confidence, lays the foundation for lifelong wellbeing and opens doors that might have been out of reach.

Yet millions of children around the world still go without it. Especially girls who are disproportionately affected by lack of access to education.

All though I don't work in childcare and education anymore I am still passionate about children's wellbeing. That’s why I love working with Tropic. Quick update from me.

I’ll be deleting my Google Business account after receiving suspicious enquiries that didn’t feel right and that’s not the energy I want to invite into my practice.

It was a recent addition, intended to help new clients find me and read about how gentle, caring and effective my treatments have been for other clients.

My business has always been personal, built on meaningful connections, heartfelt recommendations and trust. While AI can be helpful its not the path for me. I’d rather welcome a small number of genuine clients, than grow a large client base with no real connection.

Illness often steps in when wellness isn’t being practiced.

This week, my stomach reminded me loudly of this. I’ve been utilising all my knowledge to get better and listening to my body. Every thing else has been put on hold. As Im no good to anyone being unwell.

I’ll be the first to admit diet isn’t my strong point. I can’t offer nutritional advice, I can offer something just as powerful.

Client Review:

"I’ve got a physical job and there’s always something aching, last week I pulled my back & Gail helped ease the pain. This time it was my knee. It was swollen, burning hot and painful to walk on.

Gail always manages to fit me in quickly and works her magic. I left feeling lighter and walking was a lot easier. I woke up this morning the heat and pain had gone and is back to normal. Honestly, I don’t know how she does it, but I’m grateful every time.
