Our Eastham dementia champions attended a dementia meeting at Silvanna Court today! 🎂 It was also the birthday of our regional dementia lead, Sarah Dodworth, so we all wished her a very happy birthday! Thank you to Silvanna Court for the lovely food and warm welcome.

Harry had a wonderful day today! 🌳 He enjoyed a lovely ramble outside with Sam, followed by a visit from Reef, the physio from Reeflex Mind and Motion. Great to see our residents staying active and engaged!

A bit of cold weather didn’t stop us having a great day today beside the seaside! We dressed up warm, had a great time in the pier with seeing some of the beautiful poppy display, and the remembrance war corner which was on display- showing a lot of the weapons, uniforms, old magazines and telephones, and even a fully set up trench how it would have been in the war…… very interesting indeed with some of the residents remembering many of the items! Followed by fish and chips and then to top it off a visit to Rossi’s for the best ice cream around (a request by Harry who’s not had a Rossi in years bless him)! 😀🍦👍 xx
