24th Jan 9-4pm - set overlooking the beautiful River Crouch in Burnham on Crouch

Surrounded by water we will create a space of flow, creativity & expansion.

Through body, mind & spiritual practices we will guide you to bring your whole selves into visions for 2026. Manifesting from a place of deep connection, clarity & authenticity!

What the day includes:
· Guided journalling to reflect on the past year and clarify your path forward
· Creating a 2026 Vision Board
· A grounding Yoga Flow
· Future self meditation & Yoga Nidra
· Aura Photo & Personal Reading for each participant
· A delicious, warming hot lunch
· A closing planetary Gong Bath for deep insight & integration.

Royal Corinthian Yacht Club, Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex, from 9:00am–4:00pm.

Such a powerful evening. Played with ease, flow, joy & so much gratitude to have sound in my life. Its a huge gift that when we slow down to listen, not just with our ears but our whole selves body, mind & spirit something truly magical happens!

Back in feb 2026 & many adventures with somatics, sound, movement & meditation coming. And the best bit collabs wiith amazing practitioners & time with you all which always warms my heart....watch this space!
