A Day Retreat for Reflection, Renewal & Intentional Living
Step into the new year with clarity, energy, and purpose.
Vision into creation is a nourishing day retreat designed to help you honour what you’ve achieved, release what no longer serves you, and consciously create what comes next.
Through gentle movement, deep rest, creative intention-setting, and energetic alignment, you’ll be guided to reconnect with yourself and your vision for the year ahead.
What the day includes:
· Guided journalling to reflect on the past year and clarify your path forward
· Creating a 2026 Vision Board
· A grounding Yoga Flow
· Future self meditation & Yoga Nidra
· Aura Photo & Personal Reading for each participant
· A delicious, warming hot lunch
· A closing planetary Gong Bath for deep insight & integration

The retreat will be held at the beautiful riverside venue, Royal Corinthian Yacht Club, Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex, from 9:00am–4:00pm.
