Text neck?
What about Newspaper neck? :)
Or: a neck in a prolonged flexed position, which is fine.. your head won't fall off. Just move more.
The best posture is your next posture.
Let's not be so fearful. Our body is strong and robust.

"🎯A great illustration from that helps address a very common clinical misconception about the relationship between knee joint noise (crepitus) and the development of pathology.
-
🤕Almost every day in the clinic, I meet someone who is concerned about a noise that their body is making. The knee is one of the most common areas of concern as the joint behind our kneecap (patellofemoral joint) commonly makes popping and clicking noises.
-
🧠It is extremely important that people understand that noises from the knee are usually not associated with pathology and may actually be a sign of a healthy, well-lubricated joint. let’s be careful not to make people feel bad about their knee noise as it can negatively influence how they view their body!
-
✅So, if your knees are noisy and you don’t have pain, don’t worry about them. The noise is most likely due to the movement of fluid behind the kneecap and is not an indicator of a developing joint problem.

🔊🔊Many of us have heard this quote. Louis Gifford was ahead of his time and left us way too soon. 🔊🔊
🗣 ✅ While it may sound harsh this is criticism we all must face. Natural history of many conditions will have us with a good batting average with a good portion of our caseload.
🤔🤔 What about those who struggle? I I know before I understood pain I was a waste of time for many patients. 🤔🤔
😩 I couldn’t communicate with them
😩 I didn’t understand how their narrative shaped their presentation 🛠 My techniques and tools were rendered useless 🛠
✅ The modern science around pain opens up opportunities to help and understand those struggling in healthcare.❓❓How has the science of pain helped you in practice??? ❓❓

TWO-THIRDS OF HERNIATED DISCS HEAL ON THEIR OWN! - RESULTS FROM A RECENT META-ANALYSIS

Too many people think that once you have a disc herniation (or disc bulge), that you’ve got it for life. Well, a recent meta-analysis has shown that 2/3 of disc bulges spontaneously heal on their own! Many of them within a few months too, not years. 😱

Conclusion from the paper: “Because the overall incidence of disc de-herniation is now 66.66% according to our results, conservative treatment may become the first choice of treatment for LDH.”
