Bespoke Custom Orthotics ► Biomechanical expert looking at how the feet and changes in the gait cycle (walking pattern) can positively or negatively effect the musculoskeletal system (the body). Providing bespoke custom made insoles to maximise the efficiency of body and reduce aches and pains.
Dry Needling Therapist ► I've studied over the last couple of year an advanced skill to relieve pain fast. I find dry needling so effective and love it so much, I am currently working towards becoming a dry needling teacher as I love sharing my knowledge, and inspiring other therapists to enhance their skills.
