No other coach has my unique combination of knowledge, personal and professional experience. Therefore, there isn’t another coach who can help you in the specific ways I can. I may not be right for everyone - but then I don’t work with just anyone. 1. I guide you through a process of discovering what you REALLY want and what’s REALLY holding you back. I can’t fix your life, but I CAN give you the right tools, instructions and mentor you while YOU DO IT. You’re a bright woman. If you could have sorted this out on your own, you’d have done it by now.

2. Next, I will show you how to apply tried and trusted principles to your individual set of circumstances and upgrade the four most important aspects of life. You ARE a totally unique individual, but there are certain universal laws which apply to everyone and life in general - therefore you do not have to re-invent the wheel to achieve what you want. I have devised and developed my approach over two decades. Because no other therapist or coach is me, no one else can offer you what I can.

3. Then - because nothing in the universe is static and life does not stay still, ONCE YOU ACHIEVE WHAT YOU WANT - YOU WILL WANT MORE! There are a lot of people who call themselves ‘coaches’. Some of them are brilliant, many are fairly mediocre and others are quite frankly dangerous in their levels of ineptitude. It has taken 60 years of life experience, over 20 years of professionally working with 1000’s of people transform their personal and professional lives, to gain the wealth of acquired and tacit knowledge I have. Doug,
AKA Doug-star, Boy, Mr Douglas, Doogie, Doug Doug, Boysie, Douglas fur-face junior, Doug the thug, and that fu*king dog!
Has left the planet - leaving me broken hearted but so grateful to have known him.
Doug was an immense presence in my life from the day I met him to the moment he left.
He was the source of mayhem, chaos, frustration and much laughter.
Although he didn’t know it, he gave me a reason to get out of bed when my world fell apart and kept me (almost) sane during the 5 months we were displaced from home.
And I miss him. 💔
I doubt you will RIP because rest wasn’t really your style - so run free and wild my crazy collie ###

It can sound like:
• “You’re too sensitive.”
• “I was just joking.”
