We have even more exciting news for the start of 2026: we're welcoming Dr Bethany Clydesdale to the team at Olea Therapy as our new Clinical Psychologist! 🌿

Beth supports people navigating many experiences, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD and stress. She also works with challenges linked to life transitions, such as changes in work, bereavement, or relationship difficulties. Beth’s approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and draws on evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). Beth is also a BABCP accredicted Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and she brings this expertise to her work at Olea Therapy. ✨

In her life outside of psychology, Beth enjoys spending time outdoors, discovering new restaurants and great food, and spending meaningful time with friends. She also loves 80s music and enjoys exploring London's vibrant electronic music scene.🎵

We're so excited to start 2026 by welcoming Dr Jason Ho to the team at Olea Therapy as our new Clinical Psychologist! 🌿

Jason supports people experiencing stress, mood related difficulties, anxiety, and worries of harm from others (“paranoia”). As well as his work at Olea Therapy, Jason works in an NHS adult mental health team with people experiencing more severe difficulties. He draws on training and experience using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy approaches (e.g., CBT, ACT, CFT) and systemic approaches ✨

Outside of work, Jason is a committed cat dad who enjoys weightlifting and running, and he also enjoys a good time out with his friends! 🐱

🌿Online sessions offer:

✨Convenience: No travel time, easier to fit into a busy schedule.

✨Accessibility: Can connect with a wider range of therapists, regardless of location.

✨Comfort: Sessions take place in a familiar and often private setting

🌿Face-to-face sessions offer:

✨In person connection: Facilitates a more direct, human connection.

✨Neutral location: Sessions in a location outside of the home can sometimes offer calm and less distractions 

✨Direct interaction: Therapists can more easily use the immediate environment for grounding or other techniques
