Danielle McCurdy Coaching I am a California native currently living in the UAE. My past life included over 15 years working in the corporate world. You probably already have set goals.

I Help Ambitious Women Go From Stuck to Unstoppable: Linking the elements of the mind, body and spirit to bring about ridiculously beautiful life transformation. I am an certified integrative nutrition health coach (through The Institute of Integrative Nutrition), blogger, 200 hour YogaWorks teacher, a wife and mom to two lovely young girls. I enjoyed the challenging and fast-paced environment in the early years but as my passion for health and wellness grew, I knew I would need to make a calculated exit. When I finally left in August of 2016, I was exhausted from years of stress, suffering from adrenal fatigue, overweight - despite my clean eating habits. I embarked on the process to heal my body (and mind) by following a holistic approach while launching my own online business - my own long-term passion project. As a holistic health and wellness coach, I work with women to help them achieve their health and wellness goals and feel better in mind, body and spirit. My coaching programs are practical with simple guidelines to start the process of implementing small yet consistent changes for big results.

I also leverage from my long-time business experience and mentor budding entrepreneurs to create their own online business - with all the benefits of having financial and location independence. I've been lucky to have amazing mentors over the years in my corporate career, which have prepared me well. When women tell me “my libido disappeared,” what they are really saying is:

“I feel broken.”
“I love my partner, but I don’t want to be touched.”
“I am so tired of faking enthusiasm to keep the peace.”

Yesterday, I almost let fear win again.

There I was, standing in the gym, hesitating to ask for my turn on the equipment. I even went to do something else for a bit.

Old thoughts crept in:
- What if I’m bothering someone?
- What if I’m too pushy?

But then I remembered something important: This isn’t about shrinking back. It’s about showing up, fully, without apology.

As your coach, I’m telling you: You don’t have time to wait for permission to take up space.

Be finished with fear. Be done with people-pleasing. Stop letting others take your turn. It’s your time, in the gym, in life, and everywhere in between.

Next time you feel that hesitation, stop and remember to take your space. Take your turn. You don’t need permission. You’ve earned it.

Don’t blame it all on the menopause!

We blame hormones for the weight gain but often there are other reasons playing into it.

There is a lot to be said for what you’re doing 5-9 pm even if you’ve been “perfect” all day.

Eat fiber.

It’s good for your gut microbiome. Healthy gut, happy microbiome means better metabolism, digestion, immunity etc.

Real talk? You’ll feel better. It helps with menopause bloating and the inevitable meno belly. Initially you may be bloated and gassy 💨 with extra fiber but eventually it’ll calm down.

How? Easy. Eat more fruit, veg, legumes, nuts, seeds, etc. get a variety of foods and colors over the week. Eat less processed, sugar, fried and alcohol.

It’s an easy first step that you start today and will feel results immediately 🩷
