Some mid-week motivation and SUSTAINABILITY is the name of the game!!
If you're not enjoying your workouts or you're over-fatiguing yourself every time you head to the gym, it is NOT SUSTAINABLE. You begin to resent the behaviour and can inadvertently create an entirely new barrier between yourself and fitness.
Don't go in with the idea that you HAVE to give it EVERYTHING EVERY DAY, the body isn't built to tolerate that kind of stress, and neither is the mind.
Find what you enjoy and get the most you can out of it when you have the opportunity, but prioritise your rest and comfort equally to avoid 🔥burning out🔥 and "falling off the wagon".
A little more than last time is plenty, now let's get it 💪😎
