It's been an amazing couple of years, however I have made the decision to move away from teaching my classes and re-focus back on my family and my new job.
I have absolutely loved meeting so many fantastic women, class wouldn't have been the same without you all! Thank you to everyone who has supported me, come to class, spread the word. It has really meant a lot. THANK YOU!

Mum & Baby yoga will be returning in September - Every Thursday at 1pm - URC hall, Warden Hill, Cheltenham.
To keep cost of the classes down, I am now taking bookings manually. Please drop me a message if you would like to book on, or if you would like more information.

Due to ever increasing charges from my current booking system, I have chosen to move away and take bookings myself. This means I can keep my prices low and class open to everyone ☀️
