If you’ve been hesitant to book… this is for you

I know that taking the first step toward something new—especially something as personal as Reiki—can feel a little uncertain.
You might be wondering:

✨ “What actually happens in a session?”
✨ “Will I feel anything?”
✨ “Is Reiki right for me?”
✨ “What if I don’t know how to relax?”

These questions are completely normal.

When you arrive for your session, you’re welcomed into a calm, safe space where you can simply be.
There’s no right or wrong way to experience Reiki. Some people feel warmth, tingles, emotions moving, or deep calm. Others simply enjoy the quiet pause their body has been craving. Every experience is unique and every experience is valid.

My role is to guide you gently, support your energy, and help your mind and body unwind in their own time.
You don’t need to prepare.
You don’t need to know how it works.
You only need to show up as you are.

✨SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE PLEASE READ✨After a really beautiful healing session today I used my universal energy oracle cards, we sat and talked about the healing session - what I felt and what my client felt. There was a release of emotion and we discussed how to move forward. I put the cards away and we carried on talking, I saw this card was under the couch and just assumed it was the card we had originally pulled. As I picked it up, to our surprise this was not the card. But the card of Hope, this beautifully captured our discussion of heartbreak and moving forward. The universe is always listening and giving us Hope ✨
