Hope everyone had a lovely New Year! 🎉 We just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us, sent messages of encouragement, and left such lovely reviews. We genuinely appreciate every bit of it.
It still amazes us that this page, which started as nothing more than two people happily disappearing down rabbit holes of old Victorian photographs, has grown into something so supported and shared. Your likes, comments, messages, and general enthusiasm really do mean the world to us and keep us happily researching away.
Thank you for being part of this little idea turned reality. We are so grateful for you all, and we cannot wait to see what this year brings.

I really do get so much satisfaction out of vintage classics. I’ve never owned any fancy editions but have acquired a number of well-loved ones over the years at secondhand stores and the like. I actually got out my copy of Dickens’ Christmas tales last evening, and it brings me such joy simply to read the inscription - “From Grandpa and Grandma, 1940” written in such careful cursive. I love books that have evidence of a life before they found their way to me. 🥰
