We’re delighted to introduce another of our speakers for Back to Nature Fest 26… 🌿

Carrie Bluer from Fireflower Herbal will be joining us to share her knowledge of plants, foraging, and herbal medicine.

Carrie’s work centres around helping people understand the plants growing around them and how they can be used in practical, everyday ways. Her approach is grounded and accessible, making it easier to build confidence with foraging and natural remedies.

At the festival, Carrie will be leading a plant identification and foraging walk, along with a talk on herbal medicine and herbal first aid. It’s a chance to slow down, learn what’s growing nearby, and understand how to use plants safely and respectfully.

If you’ve been curious about foraging or want to feel more confident using herbal support, this is a really valuable session to join.

We’re so pleased to be welcoming Anthony Smith from Llangattock Honey to Back to Nature Fest 26 🌿

Anthony will be bringing along a range of handmade products created using honey and beeswax, all rooted in traditional, nature-based methods.

His work is closely connected to the wellbeing of bees and the wider environment, offering a reminder of how much we rely on these small but essential pollinators. Everything he creates reflects a respect for the natural process, with simple ingredients and careful craftsmanship at the heart of it.

At his stand, you’ll be able to learn more about the role bees play in our ecosystem, as well as browse products that come directly from the hive.

If you’re interested in supporting local makers and learning a little more about the natural world along the way, this is one to stop by.

Wednesday reminder 🌿

You don’t have to wait for the weekend to take care of yourself.

Wellbeing isn’t about big changes. It’s the small things you do during the week that help you feel more balanced.

A few minutes of quiet, a proper break, stepping outside, or just slowing your pace slightly can make a real difference.

If today feels busy, take that as your sign to pause, even briefly.

Small moments count 💛

We’re delighted to introduce one of our exhibitors for Back to Nature Fest 26… 🌿

Trudi Spiers from The Five Elements Retreats will be joining us with a stall focused on reconnecting with nature in simple, practical ways.

Trudi’s work centres around helping people spend more time outdoors with confidence, through practices such as forest bathing, wild swimming, and learning how to prepare properly for time in nature. Her approach is calm, grounded, and designed to feel accessible rather than overwhelming.

At the festival, she’ll be at her stall chatting about forest bathing, wild swimming, and how to pack a bag so you feel more prepared and comfortable heading out into nature.

With the Easter bank holidays here, it’s a good time to slow things down a little.

Life can feel busy all the time, so having a few quieter days can really help your body and mind reset.

Even small things like getting outside, resting properly, or taking time for yourself can make a difference.

If you’ve been feeling stressed or run down, this is your reminder that it’s okay to pause 💛

April is Stress Awareness Month, which is a good reminder of how much stress can affect daily life.

Stress isn’t always obvious. It can show up as headaches, poor sleep, low energy, irritability, or even digestive issues. Over time, ongoing stress can impact both mental and physical wellbeing.

A few things people often don’t realise about stress:
• It can affect your immune system
• It can disrupt sleep patterns
• It can increase muscle tension and pain
• It can impact focus and decision-making

For many people, stress becomes part of everyday life without being properly managed.

Taking small steps to support your body and mind can make a real difference. That might be slowing down your routine, getting outside, or finding ways to relax that actually work for you.

If stress has been building up, it might be time to start paying a bit more attention to how you’re feeling.

We’re so pleased to be welcoming Sally from Wise Woman Guide to Back to Nature Fest 26 🌿

Sally’s work centres around cacao ceremonies and heart-led connection. She creates spaces that feel steady, intentional, and supportive, inviting you to slow your breathing, soften your shoulders, and tune into what is happening within.

Her approach is rooted in respect for the tradition of ceremonial cacao and the belief that when we pause and listen, we reconnect with what truly matters.

At the festival, Sally will be holding a sacred cacao ceremony, offering a gentle space for reflection, openness, and shared experience. It is an opportunity to sit in circle, connect with the land around us, and spend time in mindful awareness.

If you feel drawn to heart-focused practices or you are simply curious to experience something grounding and meaningful, Sally’s ceremony will be a beautiful part of the day.
