THE GATHERING with Practical Magic Facilitator Becky is a small, in-person women's circle offering space to pause, reflect and reconnect. ✨✨

This months circle is about slowing down, warming up, and noticing what's quietly alive beneath the surface.
We'll gather in a calm, welcoming space with gentle facilitation, creative and reflective practices, and time for conversation.

There's no fixing, no pressure, and no expectation to share more than you want to.
🖤 Limited to around 8 women
🖤 Open to anyone who feels drawn.

I LOVE being part of the DF team! My story began with them 3 years ago when I was asked to curate the wellness area.. since then we've grown so much in so many ways. This May we're on track to be AWESOME 🙌

So this year we are looking to work with other businesses collaborating with 2026 sponsorship packages.

Devauden Festival is one of South Wales' most loved and biggest grassroots music and community festivals. 🎪🖤⭐️

Each year, we welcome over 4,500 attendees to our beautiful rural site near Monmouth, celebrating Wales, art and talent, community and culture.

Very tired but so grateful to be part of two gorgeous events over the past couple of days.

🖤 My first visit to a favourite retreat venue of the year. ALWAYS a treat to be there. Their day retreats are organised by the most gorgeous team.. you get spoilt!!

🖤A corporate team day in 2010 Clubhouse overlooking the golf course. Very exciting day! So lovely to deliver sound meditation to a gorgeous group..

Aquarius season is easygoing and peaceful, and how perfect that its time comes right after the madness of Christmas and New Year? We let go of all the Capricorn wildness and relax into a slow open-mindedness.

It's also one of the most revolutionary signs.
A chance to look at your life and reassess. Not working for you? Let it go. Not aligning with your goals? Bye!

When you attend a sound healing session, whether it's in a 1:1, group or online practice, you do not only receive the sound through your ears. ✨✨

It's felt in every single cell in your body. In every fibre in your being. When you are in a deep state of rest so much is happening....

the sound waves and vibrations are soothing and calming your central nervous system and speaking directly to your subconscious mind, and in that time, anything can happen!

You might revisit a past life, connect with your spiritual guides, receive intuitive messages, timeline hop to a future life or simply 'just' rest.

So much happens.

When you're held safely and given space to regulate, that's when the self healing happens.

That's when the magic happens.

NEW MOON in Capricorn 🌛🌑

The first of the year.. this New Moon is hitting us hard with the pause button. An energetic reset!

We're being asked to slow it all down, set quiet intentions, and trust the steady growth!

A reminder that the year of the horse doesn't begin until February 17th, so we're still shedding skin and possibly experiencing endings and goodbyes.

Remember the universe has you, and rest has ALWAYS been part of the plan. ✨✨
