Menopause & weight gain, fact or fiction? 🤔
So many women tell me that weight loss feels harder during perimenopause and menopause, and honestly, that’s completely understandable.
Hormonal changes can affect things like metabolism, sleep, energy levels and where our bodies store fat. So if it’s felt tougher lately, please know you’re not imagining it. 💭
