A little reminder from me to you… please, please check your breasts every single month. 👩‍🦰👨‍🦱

Recently, I discovered a lump in my own breast. Thankfully, it turned out to be no more than a large cyst which I’ve since had drained — but it could easily have been something much more serious.

Catching changes early really does make all the difference. Don’t put it off, don’t assume it’s nothing, and don’t think it only applies to women. Gents, this is for you too. 💪

How’s everyone doing? I’ve had a lovely week, taking some time away from the clinic to spend some quality time with my cousin while she’s visiting from Sydney 🐨🦘🇦🇺, after not seeing each other for 34 years!!
I’m back open on Thursday as usual 💫
