Just image…..having a magic button that when you were finding things difficult you could press it and slow everything down 💫
That allowed you to become so present you could feel what needs to be felt 💫
And in this space you remembered that little girl who you’ve always been looking back at you 💫
And that she can look at you proud as she knows - you’ve got this💫
And in that moment both versions of you feel the abundance of unconditional love….

Just imagine ….. 😉🪩

This was one of those nuggets of advice that really landed and changed my perspective on everything.

Being brought up in a generation of push harder - do better - keep going - don’t give up

Started to become overwhelming as I entered the midlife (30s)

Where to? How hard? Is it good enough?

In a universe full of potential - you can have it all, be anything you want, have anything you desire, just keep grinding

A world of coaching and wellbeing offering abundance and beyond

Exciting yes…..and overwhelming !!

Just keep taking the steps, don’t give up, you’ve got this

But to where? For how long? And how do I know if I’ll like it….

Then this quote stopped me in my tracks …..
A simple question:
Would my 8 year old and 80 year old self be proud!

Oh….my….word!!! Wouldn’t they just!
Far from perfect, a million unmet goals, a trillion dreams unmet but wow

My 8 year old self would buzz off how bonkers I am - they’d watch and see that I’m one big ball of emotions and the emotion I have in abundance is love

And my 80 year old self would be my absolute cheerleader - made up that I’ve never ever given up on my health and wellbeing and I try every single day and that’s all that matters to her

So yes, have big goals and have big dreams but the real meaning and feeling and the ultimate compass is …. What would these 2 version of you say?

Keep making them proud! Remember you’re human! And if you get lost … let them find you again 🤩

When you begin to love the things that are good for you 💫💫💫
It’s a game changer!
Years of pushing….
Suddenly becomes an easier flow
Years of ‘I must’….
Becomes ‘now I want to’

The ultimate key to change:
Becoming more self aware than ever before of what you need and what happens when you don’t meet your own needs in the healthiest way, and

A support team of advocates/encouragers/reflectors/advisors - the type that have walked the walk, can show you love and compassion, but will challenge you and show you the mirror of truth 😉

And an openness to change
That when you ask for what you want
You open your eyes your ears and your heart ❤️

And when what you want turns up for you - be courageous and step right in 🪩

Keep believing!! Never give up and life will show you the way 💫💫💫

All-knowing God,
I delight in the truth that I am fully known! You know absolutely everything about me, yet You love me with perfect, unfailing Love. I’ve spent many years searching for greater self-understanding and self-acceptance. Underlying this search is the desire to find someone who truly understands me and accepts me as I am. I’ve discovered that You are the Someone who can satisfy my deep-seated longing. In my relationship with You, I become more completely who I really am.
Help me to be increasingly real with You —dropping all pretenses and opening up fully to You. Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me, and know my anxious thoughts. In the Light of Your holy gaze, I can see many things I need to change. But I know You are with me in my efforts, so I won’t despair. Instead, I’ll rest in Your Presence, receiving Your Love that flows freely into me through my openness to You. As I take time to soak in this powerful Love, it fills up my empty spaces and overflows into joyous worship. I rejoice that I am perfectly known and forever loved!

Show Love yourself first…. Bring yourself to that place of peace and watch life from that place of presence….. it’s beautiful . The way to get there is through stillness …. Becoming present ….. and we become present through the breath ….. breathing in deeply through the nose into the belly and out through the mouth ….. breathe as you were born to breathe ….. and in the calmness comes clarity and freedom and the most beautiful uplifting feeling of love….. trust me it works 🪩🪩🪩🪩 💫💫💫
