👋 Hey, I’m Rin!

It’s a new year so let’s reintroduce myself properly again - especially to the new followers ☺️

I’m an osteopath who helps everyone—from bump → baby → busy adult—feel amazing in their body.

Here’s my jam:
🤰 Pregnancy & postnatal care – because your body deserves some TLC while growing (or chasing) tiny humans
🍼 Babies & pediatrics – reflux, colic, tummy time, and gentle stretches
💆‍♂️ Adults – tension, back/neck pain, and those pesky headaches
👐 Cranial osteopathy – gentle, hands-on care for your nervous system & overall wellbeing

A bit about me personally:
🌍 I’m Kenyan with Indian roots
🥾 I love traveling, hiking, and exploring new places
🏄‍♀️ Paddle boarding is my happy place
🍲 I’m a total foodie (yes, I’ll try anything once!)
💪 I hit the gym regularly to feel strong and keep my body in top shape

My goal? To make osteopathy practical, relatable, and yes…even fun!

As the year gently comes to a close, I’m pausing to appreciate the many stories, small wins and moments of progress that have passed through this space.

Thank you to everyone who trusted me with their care this year — from first appointments to follow-ups, from tiny changes to big improvements. It’s been a privilege to support so many bodies and families.

Last week I had the pleasure of returning to .northwest to speak with families 🍼💛
We explored how birth experiences, in-utero positioning, and feeding challenges can impact babies – from colic and reflux to early movement patterns – and how simple tools like tummy time and gentle stretches can help.

It’s always such a privilege to share knowledge, offer support and empower parents on their journey. Thank you to the Koala team and the wonderful families for welcoming me again – I’m so grateful to be a part of these conversations. 🌿✨
