We’ve all been there — your osteopath says “do these exercises twice a day” and your first thought is, “When am I supposed to fit that in?” 😅

But here’s the thing: those few minutes of movement aren’t just a box to tick. They’re what help your body retrain, adapt, and heal properly between treatments. 💪

When you’re consistent, your joints and muscles start learning new, more efficient movement patterns — reducing tension, improving strength, and preventing symptoms from coming back.

Skipping them? It’s like getting halfway through fixing the problem and then stopping right before it’s done.

You don’t need an hour in the gym — just a few focused minutes, twice a day. Think of it as your body’s maintenance plan 🧠✨

Small steps, done consistently, create big changes in how you move and feel.

Nothing better than seeing baby feeding well and mum feeling more comfortable 🤍 Easing tension can make such a big difference in those early days — for both of them!

Last week I had the pleasure of returning to .northwest to speak with families 🍼💛
We explored how birth experiences, in-utero positioning, and feeding challenges can impact babies – from colic and reflux to early movement patterns – and how simple tools like tummy time and gentle stretches can help.

It’s always such a privilege to share knowledge, offer support and empower parents on their journey. Thank you to the Koala team and the wonderful families for welcoming me again – I’m so grateful to be a part of these conversations. 🌿✨

Did you know? 🤔 Around 80% of adults experience back pain at some point in their lives. You’re not alone — and you don’t have to just ‘live with it.’

Common causes of back pain include:
🔹 Poor posture (especially with desk work!)
🔹 Weak core stability
🔹 Stress and tension
🔹 Pregnancy & postnatal changes
🔹 Past injuries or accidents

Back pain is common, but it’s NOT normal! With the right support, you can ease symptoms, improve mobility, and get back to doing what you love. 💪

✨ DM me if you’re struggling with back pain or want to know how osteopathy can help.
