Was actually really up for that this morning! 😂 Yep. Weird. I know.
It gets to a point where enough is enough 🐷 and I have to switch back into normal mode… not immediately... I’m not going completely cold turkey on the chocs and cheese and wine just yet, I find a phased approach works best for me…!! Starting with healthier choices for breakfast, more water, exercise and (more) fresh air.
Nothing drastic.
Food tracking will start again in the new year. It has to. Feels like I’ve been eating in a surplus for about 6 months… but you know what?! I’VE BLOODY LOVED IT! 🫶🏼😂
If you’re wanting to get into better habits in the new year, I challenge you to start today. It’s Monday. It’s still 2025, but it’s after the Christmas chaos and will set you on the right path as we move into 2026…. GO FOR IT! 💪🏼
